Day 1 :
Chennai – Thiruvarur
Morning pick-up from advised location/Airport in Chennai & drive to Thiruvarur. On arrival check into the hotel. Evening visit to Thiruvarur city garden, a garden cum park in the heart of the city, is one of the attractive locations in the holy city offering isolated time away from the bustling of the city. The city garden maintained clean and tidy is a perfect place to have entertainments and meetings. Late evening return back the hotel. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 02:
Thiruvarur
Morning at leisure. After breakfast full day temple tour of Thiruvarur covering Agnipureeswarar Temple, Kothanda Ramar Temple, Neelamegha Perumal Temple, Rajagopalaswamy Temple, Saraswati Temple & Thyagaraja Swamy Temple.
One can also go for an excursion of Muthupettai which is located near to Thiruvarur & famous for mangrove forests stretching more than an area of about 120 sq km and the forest is the natural habitat of varieties of fauna and flora. The bird watching at this region is a wonderful experience. Boating facilities are available to go through the different areas of the Lagoon. There are many biodiversity spots from where the visitor can view various species of birds that common in the lagoon. Watch tower facilities are also available at this place. Evening return back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 03:
Thiruvarur – Chennai
Morning at leisure. After breakfast free time for relaxation. Afternoon drive back to Chennai. On arrival in Chennai transfer to advised location or Airport.
Thiruvarur is located 320 kms away from Chennai, the capital of Tamil Nadu and is positioned between Nagapattinam (25 kms) and Thanjavur (60 kms). Thiruvarur District is famous for its evergreen paddy fields and temples with sky-high towers. This town is situated in the southeast of Tamil Nadu. The town is famous for the temple known as Sri Thyagaraja temple. Apart from Thyagarajaswami Temple, there are numerous temples in the city therefore it is also known as the temple town of Tamil Nadu.
